AutoBuyer+

Terms of Service

AutoBuyer+ End-User License Agreement (EULA) Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives - Software Edition v1.1 Hi there! Let's get the boring paperwork out of the way first. Click any section and I'll explain what all this legal speak actually means. We put the full text here just so there are no surprises down the road.
Just a quick heads-up: I'm a helpful mascot, not a lawyer! If you need real legal advice, you'll want to talk to an actual attorney. We do our absolute best, but the software is provided as-is, so run it safely!

Disclaimer: This End-User License Agreement is provided by the Licensor of AutoBuyer+ and governs your use of the Software. This document is not legal advice. The Licensor is not a law firm. Users are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel if they have questions regarding their rights or obligations under this Agreement. The Software is provided "as-is" and the Licensor disclaims all liability for damages resulting from its use to the fullest extent possible under applicable law.

Basics

What the license is and what it grants.

By using the program, you're agreeing to play by these basic rules. AutoBuyer+ a personal helper tool to save you time, not an official game utility. Your access to certain features depends on which plan you're currently using.

Preamble & Acknowledgements

Section 1

  1. This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the AutoBuyer+ software, including all associated files, documentation, updates, cloud services, and tier-based features (collectively, the "Software").
  2. By downloading, installing, activating, or using the Software, you ("User," "Licensee," or "you") agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.
  3. The Software is provided as a personal-use automation utility distributed on a freemium subscription model. It is not a game, a game modification, a server-side exploit, or an official product of any third-party game provider.
  4. Certain features of the Software are gated behind paid Membership Tiers. Your rights and permissions under this Agreement scale according to your active Membership Tier at the time of use.
Think of this as a mini-glossary for the rest of the text. We define terms like "Seats" and "Tiers" so there's no confusion later on. If you ever see a capitalized word in the agreement, you can check back here!

Definitions

Section 2

  1. Licensor means the creator(s) and copyright holder(s) of AutoBuyer+.
  2. Software means the AutoBuyer+ application, its source code (if distributed), binaries, configuration files, cloud-side services, assets, and all updates.
  3. Membership Tier or Tier means one of the four subscription levels offered by the Licensor: Free, Regular, Premium, or Professional.
  4. Gated Feature means any feature of the Software whose availability, quota, or performance level is determined by your active Membership Tier, as defined in Section 4.
  5. Seat means a single concurrent, authenticated session of the Software tied to your license.
  6. CAPTCHA Solving Service means the Licensor's hosted service that resolves human-verification challenges on behalf of the User.
  7. Priority Queue means preferential processing order in shared Licensor-hosted services (e.g., CAPTCHA solving, support tickets).
  8. Derivative Work means any modification, adaptation, translation, extension, plugin, wrapper, fork, or any work based upon or incorporating the Software.
  9. Cracking means any act of bypassing, removing, disabling, or circumventing license verification, authentication, tier-gating, DRM, or access controls within the Software.
  10. Revenue Stream means any current or future monetization mechanism of the Software, including subscriptions, one-time purchases, tiered access, donations, and premium features.
  11. Third-Party IP means all intellectual property owned by entities other than the Licensor, including Neopets, Inc., The Neopets Team, TNT Media Group, JumpStart Games, NetDragon, and any subsidiaries, successors, or parent companies (collectively, the "Game Rights Holders").
You get a license to run this on your own devices for personal use. Please don't share your login details or try to resell your subscription. We might adjust feature locations between tiers to keep things running smoothly.

Grant of License

Section 3

  1. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and your active Membership Tier, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
    • Install and run the Software on devices you own or control;
    • Use the Software and its Gated Features for personal, NonCommercial purposes only, in accordance with the Tier you have purchased;
    • Receive updates and patches as made available by the Licensor;
    • Access Licensor-hosted services (CAPTCHA solving, database lookups, analytics, event automation) at the service level defined by your Tier.
  2. This license does not grant you ownership of the Software. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Licensor.
  3. The license is tied to the purchasing account and may not be shared, resold, lent, or transferred to any other individual or entity. Sharing account credentials constitutes a material breach.
  4. The Licensor reserves the right to modify, add, remove, or reallocate features between Tiers at any time. Where a feature is downgraded or removed from a paid Tier, the Licensor will provide reasonable notice and, where legally required, a prorated refund or equivalent compensation.
Here is the breakdown of what each membership tier can do. Free covers the basics, while Regular and Premium add advanced automation. Only Professional tier accounts are allowed to run multiple sessions at once. Unlimited features have light fair-use caps just to keep the servers fast for everyone.

Membership Tiers & Feature Gating

Section 4

The Software operates on a four-tier freemium model. Your rights to use specific features are strictly limited to those included in your active Tier at the moment of use.

  1. Free Tier. Users of the Free Tier are granted rights to use:
    • Highlighting of valuable shop items;
    • Automated shop haggling;
    • Full access to AutoPricer;
    • Full access to AutoDaily;
    • Full access to AutoBattledome;
    • Full access to the Kitchen Quest solver.
    Free Tier users are expressly not licensed to access AutoBuyer+ list functionality, CAPTCHA Solving Service, AutoSDB, QuickStock manager, Super Shop Wizard AutoPricer, AutoTrain, AutoAttic+, AutoAuction, Database & Analytics, or any Premium/Professional-only feature.
  2. Regular Tier. In addition to all Free Tier rights, Regular Tier users are licensed to:
    • Use AutoBuyer+ with list support, limited to two (2) configured shops;
    • Use standard CAPTCHA Solving Service (non-priority, non-instant);
    • Access AutoSDB and QuickStock manager;
    • Use Super Shop Wizard AutoPricer;
    • Use the automatic purchase list generator;
    • Use the automated pet stat trainer (AutoTrain);
    • Save and load configurations.
    Regular Tier users are expressly not licensed to exceed the two-shop AutoBuyer+ limit, use instant CAPTCHA solving, access the AutoBuyer+ database/analytics, use AutoAttic+, AutoAuction, SDB price parser, real-time site-event automation, or operate more than one concurrent Seat.
  3. Premium Tier. In addition to all Regular Tier rights, Premium Tier users are licensed to:
    • Configure an unlimited number of AutoBuyer+ shops;
    • Use instant CAPTCHA solving;
    • Access the full AutoBuyer+ Database & Analytics suite;
    • Use AutoAttic+ for attic restocking;
    • Use AutoAuction for automated bidding;
    • Use the SDB price parser;
    • Use real-time site-event automation;
    • View per-purchase timing logs and gain tracking.
    Premium Tier users are expressly not licensed to operate more than one concurrent Seat, jump the Priority Queue, or receive priority support services.
  4. Professional Tier. In addition to all Premium Tier rights, Professional Tier users are licensed to:
    • Operate unlimited concurrent Seats under a single Membership;
    • Priority placement in the CAPTCHA Solving Service queue;
    • Priority support from the Licensor's team;
    • Access to account unfreezing guidance and support materials;
    • Market analysis and support;
    • Priority consideration for feature suggestion implementation.
  5. Concurrent Seat Enforcement. Free, Regular, and Premium Tiers are strictly limited to one (1) concurrent Seat per Membership. The Licensor may detect, throttle, terminate, or refuse service to sessions that exceed the allowed Seat count for the active Tier.
  6. Fair Use of Unlimited Features. Where a Tier grants "Unlimited" access to a feature (e.g., unlimited shops for Premium, unlimited Seats for Professional), such access is subject to reasonable fair-use limits designed to prevent abuse, resource exhaustion, or activity indistinguishable from commercial resale. The Licensor reserves the right to enforce fair-use thresholds, with notice where practicable.
  7. No Guaranteed Availability. Priority Queue and priority support offered to Professional Tier users represent a preferential service level, not a guaranteed response time or service-level agreement (SLA), unless separately agreed in writing.
  8. Account Unfreezing Support. The account unfreezing guidance provided to Professional Tier users consists solely of informational resources and best-practice advice. The Licensor makes no guarantee that any frozen, suspended, or banned third-party game account will be restored, and provides no direct communication with the Game Rights Holders on the User's behalf.

Using It

Rules, billing and ownership.

To keep things fair and safe, please don't try to hack or crack the app. We also ask that you don't use the tool to run commercial operations or resell access. Using the program responsibly helps keep your own game accounts safer, too.

Restrictions

Section 5

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, regardless of Tier:

  1. Anti-Cracking & Anti-Circumvention.
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software;
    • Crack, bypass, remove, or circumvent any license key validation, authentication system, DRM, or Tier-gating mechanism;
    • Unlock, emulate, or replicate features belonging to a Tier higher than the one you have purchased;
    • Use or distribute key generators, patch tools, cracked executables, or modified binaries;
    • Tamper with telemetry, license-check routines, Seat-counting mechanisms, or integrity-verification systems;
    • Spoof, forge, or replay authentication tokens to impersonate a higher Tier or additional Seats.
  2. No Derivative Works.
    • Create, publish, or distribute any Derivative Work of the Software;
    • Fork, rebrand, repackage, or white-label the Software or any portion thereof;
    • Merge the Software into another product or platform.
  3. No Unauthorized Extensions or Plugins.
    • Develop, distribute, or use third-party extensions, plugins, scripts, or add-ons that unlock, emulate, or replicate Gated Features without authorization;
    • Create "wrappers" or "loaders" that inject functionality to bypass Tier restrictions, Seat limits, CAPTCHA quotas, or payment requirements;
    • Use automation, bots, or scripts to exploit the Software's trial systems, referral systems, or promotional offers.
  4. No Redistribution.
    • Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or commercially exploit the Software in any form;
    • Upload the Software to public repositories, file-sharing platforms, torrent sites, or any distribution channel not authorized by the Licensor;
    • Bundle the Software with other products without express written consent;
    • Share, publish, or leak Licensor-hosted database contents, analytics data, or pricing datasets accessed via Premium or Professional Tiers.
  5. No Commercial Use.
    • Use the Software to generate revenue, provide paid services, or gain commercial advantage;
    • Use the Software in any business, enterprise, or organizational context;
    • Offer "power-leveling," "farming," "botting-as-a-service," or any game-automation-as-a-service using the Software;
    • Use Professional Tier's unlimited-Seat allowance to service accounts owned by third parties in exchange for payment, goods, or in-game currency.
  6. No Abuse of Shared Services.
    • Deliberately overload, spam, or degrade the Licensor's CAPTCHA Solving Service, database, or event-automation infrastructure;
    • Attempt to jump the Priority Queue through unauthorized means;
    • Use the Software to access, scrape, or overload third-party servers beyond normal user behavior;
    • Use the Software for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of the Game Rights Holders' Terms of Service in a manner that causes harm to other players.
Paid subscriptions pay for our server resources and active development. Attempts to bypass limits or crack the verification will end in your license being disabled. If you run into billing issues, please contact support before starting a chargeback.

Revenue Protection

Section 6

  1. The Licensor's ability to maintain, update, host, and support the Software depends on the integrity of its Revenue Stream and the correct functioning of Tier-gating. Any action that undermines, circumvents, or diverts the Revenue Stream including: Tier bypasses, Seat spoofing, or unauthorized feature unlocking, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
  2. The Licensor reserves the right to:
    • Remotely disable, revoke, downgrade, or suspend licenses associated with cracking, piracy, Tier circumvention, Seat abuse, or unauthorized redistribution;
    • Pursue legal remedies, including DMCA takedown notices, injunctive relief, and damages, against any party that violates the Revenue Protection provisions;
    • Modify pricing, Tier composition, feature allocations, and quotas at any time, subject to Section 3(d);
    • Enforce Seat and quota limits through automated detection systems without prior individual notice.
  3. You acknowledge that the Software's Tier pricing reflects real infrastructure costs (CAPTCHA solving, hosted databases, event automation, priority queues) and that circumventing Tier gating causes direct, irreparable harm to the Licensor.
  4. Chargebacks and Refund Fraud. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Licensor's support constitutes a material breach and results in immediate and permanent termination of all associated licenses across all Tiers.
Paid tiers are billed monthly and processed securely via Paddle. You can change your tier, upgrade, or cancel your plan whenever you need to. Upgrades apply right away. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing month. If your card fails, we'll give you a short grace period to update it.

Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Section 7

  1. Paid Tiers (Regular, Premium, Professional) are billed as recurring monthly subscriptions through the Licensor's authorized payment processor (Paddle).
  2. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via the account portal. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period unless required by applicable consumer-protection law.
  3. Tier Transitions.
    • Upgrades take effect immediately and grant access to the higher Tier's features from the moment of successful payment.
    • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Upon downgrade, features and quotas exceeding the new Tier's limits will be revoked. For example, AutoBuyer+ configurations beyond two shops will be deactivated (not deleted) upon downgrade from Premium/Professional to Regular.
    • Cancellation or lapsed payment reverts your account to the Free Tier at the end of the current paid period. Saved configurations for Gated Features are retained for a reasonable period but become inaccessible until the corresponding Tier is reactivated.
  4. The Licensor is not responsible for failed payments due to expired cards, insufficient funds, or payment-processor issues. Failed payments result in automatic Tier downgrade to Free after a grace period defined in the account portal.
The application code, design, databases, and me belong to the Licensor. Please do not copy or republish our databases or core code elsewhere. Respecting our work helps keep the project alive, supported, and updated!

Intellectual Property

Section 8

  1. The Software, its code, design, UI, branding, documentation, mascot(s), and all associated materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the Licensor and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and applicable international treaties.
  2. Databases, pricing datasets, analytics data, and event-automation logic made available through Premium and Professional Tiers are proprietary to the Licensor and may not be extracted, republished, or resold.
  3. No trademark, service mark, trade name, or logo of the Licensor may be used without prior written consent.
We are not affiliated with Neopets. All game assets and names belong entirely to them. The program acts just like a browser, only interacting with public web pages. Using automation is against game rules, so please manage your account settings carefully.

Third-Party Rights & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

Section 9

  1. The Software is an independent, unofficial, third-party utility. It is not created by, affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Neopets, Inc., The Neopets Team, TNT Media Group, JumpStart Games, NetDragon, or any of their subsidiaries, successors, or parent companies (the "Game Rights Holders").
  2. All trademarks, copyrights, game assets, character names, logos, virtual items, in-game currencies, and related intellectual property belong exclusively to their respective Game Rights Holders. The Licensor claims no ownership over any Third-Party IP.
  3. The Software interacts with publicly accessible web interfaces in a manner analogous to a standard web browser. It does not:
    • Modify, inject code into, or alter the game's servers, databases, or client-side code;
    • Access any non-public API, private endpoint, or internal system;
    • Decrypt, intercept, or manipulate encrypted communications;
    • Reproduce, distribute, or display copyrighted game assets beyond what is rendered in the User's own browser session.
  4. The Licensor makes no representation that the Software complies with the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other rules of the third-party game. Use of the Software may violate those terms, and the User assumes full responsibility for any consequences, including but not limited to account suspension, freezing, banning, or legal action by the Game Rights Holders.
  5. The Licensor shall not be held liable for any claims, lawsuits, cease-and-desist orders, or legal actions brought by the Game Rights Holders against the User as a result of the User's use of the Software, regardless of Tier. Professional Tier's "account unfreezing support" is informational only and does not constitute legal representation or advocacy on the User's behalf.
  6. If the Game Rights Holders request that the Licensor cease distribution of the Software or specific features thereof, the Licensor reserves the right to comply, modify, or discontinue the Software at its sole discretion, without liability to the User beyond a prorated refund of unused subscription time.

Liability

Warranties, liability and indemnity.

The software is provided as-is. We work hard, but we can't guarantee constant uptime. If the game platform updates, some features may break temporarily until we push a patch. Our priority systems and support queues are run on a best-effort basis.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Section 10

  1. THE SOFTWARE AND ALL TIER-BASED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
  2. THE LICENSOR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
  3. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE, ITS TIER-GATED FEATURES, OR ITS HOSTED SERVICES (CAPTCHA SOLVING, DATABASES, ANALYTICS, EVENT AUTOMATION) WILL FUNCTION WITH FUTURE UPDATES TO THE THIRD-PARTY GAME, OPERATING SYSTEMS, BROWSERS, OR PAYMENT PROCESSORS.
  4. PRIORITY QUEUE PLACEMENT AND PRIORITY SUPPORT AVAILABLE TO PROFESSIONAL TIER USERS ARE PROVIDED ON A BEST-EFFORT BASIS AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE A SERVICE-LEVEL AGREEMENT.
We cannot take responsibility for frozen accounts, lost items, or missed restocks. Please configure your delay settings carefully to minimize detection risks. Any financial liability on our end is capped at what you paid us over the past year.

Limitation of Liability

Section 11

  1. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
    • Loss of virtual items, in-game currency, pets, or game accounts;
    • Account suspension, freezing, banning, or termination by the Game Rights Holders;
    • Loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunities, or trading advantage;
    • Legal costs or damages arising from third-party claims;
    • System damage, malware, or security breaches;
    • Missed automation windows during service outages, CAPTCHA-service backlogs, or event-automation failures.
  2. THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. For Free Tier users, this amount is zero.
Using this tool responsibly helps protect both you and our project. If your actions or misuse get us into legal trouble, you agree to cover those costs.

Indemnification

Section 12

  1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Licensor from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
    • Your use or misuse of the Software or any Gated Feature;
    • Your violation of this Agreement, including Tier-circumvention attempts;
    • Your violation of any third-party Terms of Service, including the Game Rights Holders';
    • Any claim by a Game Rights Holder related to your use of the Software;
    • Your resale, sharing, or unauthorized distribution of licenses or account credentials.

Ending

Termination, general terms and contact.

Your license stays active as long as you play by these guidelines. Severe violations, cracker tools, or billing exploits can get your access terminated. Standard subscription cancellations are handled normally, with no hard feelings.

Termination

Section 13

  1. This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any provision of this Agreement.
  2. Upon termination:
    • All rights granted to you under this Agreement immediately cease across all Tiers;
    • Access to Licensor-hosted services (CAPTCHA, database, analytics, event automation) is revoked;
    • You must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software;
    • Sections 5, 6, 7(d), 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
  3. The Licensor may terminate or suspend your license — in whole or with respect to specific Tiers or features — at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
  4. No refunds will be issued upon termination for cause, including terminations resulting from cracking, Tier circumvention, chargeback abuse, or Game Rights Holder legal pressure that forces service discontinuation.
  5. Voluntary cancellation is governed by Section 7 and does not constitute termination "for cause."
If one line in this agreement isn't valid, the rest of it still stands. We might update these rules as we grow, keeping you informed along the way. Your local consumer rights (like EU cancellation periods) are always fully respected.

General Provisions

Section 14

  1. Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
  2. No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  3. Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the current published Tier feature list and pricing page, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor and supersedes all prior communications.
  4. Amendments. The Licensor may update this Agreement, Tier features, and pricing at any time. Material changes affecting paid Tiers will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
  5. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  6. No Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement, your Membership, or any associated Seats without the Licensor's prior written consent.
  7. Consumer Rights. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction (e.g., EU right of withdrawal, UK Consumer Rights Act).
